Polychrome Ritual will showcase new work as a continuation of exploration in the series The Janus Restraint, created from 2012-2019. While the series originally touched on adolescence and identity seen through myth and initiation with the landscape, this continuation will focus closely on issues of spirituality and ritual tied to identity, land, and environment. Barry Anderson works in video, photography, sound, and installation. His work has been featured in over 50 solo exhibitions and over 100 group exhibitions around the US and abroad.
