A nurturing healing circle for women, transgender, non-binary, and gender-expansive people, led by Jamie Butler, founder of Fierce Alchemy. Guided reflection on survival patterns, nervous-system awareness, gentle somatic practices, guided meditation and a sound bath. Bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket. Doors at 5:45pm, in Alsop Fellowship Hall. Ages 18+.
